Terms of Service

The right to withdraw from a contract is the consumer’s and user’s right to cancel the contract concluded, notifying the other contracting party within the period established for the exercise of this right, without having to justify their decision. In short, it is the possibility of returning the order without justification.

The user shall have a period of fifteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. For this purpose, the date stated on the delivery note shall be taken as the start date of this period.

In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable, as far as our field of activity is concerned, in the following cases:

    1. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
    2. Contracts for the supply of products which are made to the specifications of the consumer and user or which are clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Refund policy

If you want to make a return, you only have to print the order form and/or the invoice that you will receive via email when you place your order and insert it in the package that you are going to return.

If you do not have a printer, you can write your full name and order number on a piece of paper and insert it into the package containing the item you wish to return.

It is very important that when placing an order please make sure that you always enter your email address correctly, as a typing error will mean that you will not receive the email with the order details and invoice, which will be a problem for processing the return. You should also check your email spam folder as sometimes you may receive the order details and invoice confirmation in your spam folder instead of your inbox.

Once you have the package ready, you just have to send it to us by the transport agency of your choice, the shipping costs of the item you want to return are paid by the buyer, so we recommend you to choose a parcel service that offers you insurance in case of loss and a tracking number of the shipment.

Once the return has been received and the condition of the return has been checked, which must include the receipt/ticket, the packaging and the product must be in perfect condition, as well as the accessories, case, chamois and labelling in correct condition, the return will be processed; if any accessory is missing, the return will not be processed. You have 15 days for online returns.

Please note that the shipping label of the shipment must state the name and surname under which the order was placed (and not the name of a third party or a company), otherwise our warehouse team will not be able to accept the return as we cannot correctly identify and link the sender of the package to a specific order.
