Return or exchange policy for Spain and Portugal
Changes
You have 30 days to make changes for FREE.
Purchases made on our website CAN BE EXCHANGED ON SITE by filling out a form.
To process the exchange of an order, it must be done through our returns and exchanges portal,
Once the form is completed, the FOCO team will respond to you within 24-48 hours with the steps to follow.
If there is no incident, the delivery person delivers the requested item and will pick up the unwanted item at the same time.

Returns
Once FOCO has received the communication from the consumer and user and has analyzed the incident through its Quality Department, it will inform you as soon as possible whether or not to return the product, taking into account objectively the nature of the product or the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect.
In the event that the return proceeds, FOCO will indicate to the consumer and user the way in which to send the defective product to its warehouses. The address of the same will be as follows:

However, FOCO will not be responsible, in any case, for the products that are returned without having proceeded by the consumer and user according to the process detailed above.
International return or exchange policy
The cost of international returns depends on the amount of the purchase, the destination country and the weight of the order, and is usually (approximately) between 15% and 20% of the total purchase.
Please note that the amount will be subtracted from the refund of the product you are returning.
The shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded.
All products purchased during the sales campaign with a discount equal to or greater than 60%, classified as ‘LAST CHANCE’ items are subject to a special exchange and return policy and cannot be returned. Exchanges will only be accepted for another size of the same model or for another model with a higher price, paying the corresponding difference.
